Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking with us, the cancellation must be made 72 Hours in advance of the check-in date. Failure to do so will result in the full amount being charged, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed between 5-10 working days, up to 14 days from your check-in date. If you have not received your refund after the allotted time, please send an email to:
